AppVerix Returns: Terms of Service

These terms apply to AppVerix Returns ("the app"), published by AppVerix ("we"). By installing the app you agree to them.

1. The service

The app lets a shopper request a return or exchange from a page on your store, and lets you review requests, receive items and issue refunds, store credit or exchanges through Shopify. You set the rules; the app applies them. You stay responsible for your return policy, your decisions on each request, and for complying with consumer law that applies to your store.

2. Plans and billing

Plans are Starter ($49), Growth ($99) and Pro ($199) per 30 days, with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Shopify Billing. Prices do not depend on the number of orders or returns. You can cancel at any time from the app or by uninstalling; Shopify stops the charge.

3. Refunds and money

Refunds, gift cards and exchange orders are created in your Shopify store through Shopify's APIs, using the amounts and rules you configure. Check the result in Shopify. We are not a payment processor and do not hold your funds.

4. Your data

You remain the owner of your store and customer data. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the app available but do not promise uninterrupted service. The app is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the three months before the claim.
